Chris Manton-Jones, European vice president and managing director, is responsible for driving growth and establishing Unica as a market leader in the region.

Manton-Jones brings more than 15 years of sales and general management experience in high growth B2B software to his position. In his previous role as EMEA vice president at call centre software provider, Witness Systems, he was responsible for increasing the EMEA business by 52 percent in two years – making it the fastest growing region in the company. He also managed the successful integration of Blue Pumpkin UK, retaining 100 percent of the transitioned staff even a year after the acquisition.

Manton-Jones held the roles of vice president and managing director at Temposoft, where he managed the turnaround of the UK organisation from the worst to the best performing business unit worldwide.

Previously, Manton-Jones served as managing director at Peregrine Systems, where he managed the integration of three major acquisitions: Tivoli Service Desk, Extricity and Remedy, while growing the organization through a combination of organic and acquired growth to a 300 person team recognized as clear market leaders in their space.
