Interact automates real-time decision-making capabilities driving the most appropriate communications with customers and prospects across online and offline channels.
With Interact, marketers can personalize messages in inbound channels such as web sites or call centers. Interact delivers customized messages to known or anonymous customers using powerful dynamic segmentation logic, real-time learning algorithms, and arbitration rules that examine both individual profile information and contextual information gathered during the live interaction.
