Unica Executives to Discuss Recent IPO at Boston Area Events

WALTHAM, Mass. - November 16, 2005 - Unica Corporation (Nasdaq:UNCA), a global provider of Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) solutions, today announced that CEO Yuchun Lee and CFO Rick Darer will be speaking at local Boston events on Thursday, Nov. 17th and Friday, Nov. 18th, respectively.

Lee will speak on November 17th, between 7:15 and 9 a.m., at the Association for Corporate Growth Dealmakers Breakfast Series in the Wharf Room at the Boston Harbor Hotel. His talk, "Journey to an IPO: Perspectives and Insights from a CEO," will review his experiences during the year leading up to Unica's recent IPO.
