Unica’s world wide Professional Services Team has successfully transformed the marketing capabilities of hundreds of customers by implementing the Unica solution.  Working side by side with our customers, and utilizing our Unica Solution Enablement methodology, the Professional Services team provides you with expert leadership, best practices and technology solutions to maximize your investment in Unica software.  Our implementation teams comprise executive sponsorship, project management, business solutions consulting and sophisticated technical architecture resources.  Our Project Managers will work with you to define success criteria and a project plan to achieve each milestone.  Throughout our projects we provide Education Services, ongoing communication, user adoption strategies and issues management to minimize risk and maximize ROI.  Additional Business Consulting services can also be provided.

Upon completion of your implementation project, additional support and services are available to you.  Innovation Services are recommended six to nine months post production to further leverage your investment and to address any user adoption challenges.   Our Customer Success team will also engage with you for ongoing account management.
